We process all orders received on the same day. Weekend orders will be processed on the next working day.

Depending on stock levels, orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving your payment unless the product/s you purchased are on back order (see Orders section for details).

Which shipping company do you ship with?

Bulky items/ Kennel Run

For Kennel Run and some of the larger pet doors, which cannot be accepted by regular postage, they will be sent via Road Freight with a courier company. The delivery time and cost of freight for these items will be dependent on your location. Our online, flat rate shipping charge of $15.50 does not cover the full cost of delivering a Kennel run. Please select the correct shipping option in the Kennel Run product page for accurate shipping.

All other items

We send all of our online orders (except Kennel Runs) by Australia Post's registered E-Parcel. The shipping is charged by weight. The shipping will be automatically calculated upon checkout. This includes insurance against loss of the package in transit and the ability to track the status of your package while in transit.

For more urgent deliveries, items can be dispatched via Express Post or Courier. Please email us if you are interested in using these shipping methods.
