Q1. Do I need the Sunblock top add-on for my Kennel Run?

We recommend having the SunBlock Top as it provides shelter for your pets, giving them escape from the hot sun. It can also be used as a wind break. Sunblock Tops are easy to install and give your pet a comfortable pen for resting in.

Q2. What is the Kennel Run made of?

The Kennel Run are made of galvanised steel poles for the frame and chainlink mesh for the walls. This allows for easy assembley as well as a sturdy design.

Q3. I live in the vacinity of your office, can I come in to pick up a kennel run?

Yes, you can. Once you have placed your order, contact us and let us know when you want to come in and pick up the Kennel Run. The Kennel Run comes in a flat pack that is about 2.3m long, 50cm wide and 20cm deep. You will need a large station wagon, ute or trailer to pick it up in.

Q4. Can I reconfigure the shape and size of the kennel runs by combining a few Kennel Runs?

There is the option of placing Kennel Runs side by side to increase the total area. Individual frames still need to go up, however, the wire mesh can then be connected to only the outer walls of the frame, providing you with a larger space.

Q5. How much does it cost to deliver the Kennel Run?

Delivery charges are determined by the delivery location based on information from a Freight Company. Please select the correct option in the dropdown list when ordering to assist in prompt service and delivery. If there is a query regarding your location or postcode, you will receive a call from one of our friendly staff to confirm the delivery address and location.

Q6. What is the sunblock top made of?

The Sunblock Top is a shade cloth material designed to provide shelter from the sun and wind. It can be connected as roof for shade, to the side of the kennel run as a windbreak, or a combination of the two.
